My blog is officially open to the public today. It will be interesting to see who shows up here, as I have formally invited no one. So, if you happen to stumble across my space, come on in, have a seat, a sip of tea (guaranteed hobbit-hallucinations), and a peek inside my world....

what a cozy cabin.
i love the logs of wood
reminds me of Lincoln Logs.
I am speechless... You're like something from a fairytale. A beautiful princess living in an enchanted (and truly inspiring) cottage...
OH! MY! GOD! You LIVE in Hobbitland!!!! I SO want to come visit!!! I have always been so intrigued with that place and have driven through, quietly, on many occasions, hoping that I wasn't trespassing and/or breaking any rules. I love the lore of that park and I LOVE the curious feel. I believe I have seen the cozy cabin in which you live and, if it's the one near the curve in the u-shaped road, I have admired it every time I have passed. WOW! How long have you lived in that fairy-tale-land?
Gretchen,
your home is so lovely. I adore it. Not only are we cousins but kindred spirits I can tell! It is too bad we have never been able to get to know each other better. I will have to make a drawing for your home sometime as that is the perfect location for my work! :)

I bet your home feels like such a warm and dreamlike space. That is so wonderful to have a place with such character and inspiration. I will have to post more photos of the interior of my home when I am finally unpacked.
I would love to have you draw something for my place (Goldilocks & 3 Bears theme?). I love your work. I'll be checking to see photos of your new place on your blog. Sadly, I don't know any of my cousins well. Nice that we are connecting now! Blessings, GG
So, we found your blog through Dave and Sara. We like your creative spirit and the home cabin. Remember to feed your Creative Spirit daily.
I couldn't resist stopping in for some tea as an excuse just to see inside your world. What an incredibly interesting place to stumble upon, it's wonderful! My where past memories have taken me today. :)
